Can multiple users receive alerts about assessments

Yes. Using the “Watchers” feature you can assign multiple McQuaig users to receive all assessment notifications (via email). Once an assessment is complete all assigned users will receive email notifications so that they may view the reports as soon as they are available. This streamlines the assessment process when there are various stakeholders involved in the hiring process. Using Watcher, you can allow everyone to be on the same page and be notified of assessment results in real time. 

How to use the “Watchers” feature:

1. Navigate to the assessments details page. 
2. Click on the eye icon to open the assessment Watchers dropdown, and view who is currently watching the assessment.
3. To add a Watcher, click on “Select a Watcher” and search or select from the list of available users. Only users who have access to the assessment can be added as a Watcher. 
4. You can also remove Watchers from an assessment by clicking on the red minus icon.
