Get Started in Seconds:
MFA can be implemented at the user level, or the account level.
To enable MFA at the user level:
- Go to your account profile page.
- Under settings select “Edit”.
- Toggle on the MFA slider.
- Ensure that the MFA email address matches your email address.
To implement MFA at the account level, contact your Customer Service Manager, or email support@mcquaig.com. Note that if MFA is enabled to the account level, it will apply to all users and users will not have the ability to toggle the feature on or off.
