MFA can be implemented at the user level, or the account level.

To enable MFA at the user level:

1. Go to your account profile page.
2. Under settings select “Edit”.
3. Toggle on the MFA slider.
4. Ensure that the MFA email address matches your email address.

To implement MFA at the account level, contact your Customer Service Manager, or email [e-mail]. Note that if MFA is enabled to the account level, it will apply to all users and users will not have the ability to toggle the feature on or off.
