Passwords are set by each user when they first receive an email invitation to access the platform. Once the password is set, only individuals with access to the associated email will be able to reset it. This can be done by clicking the Forgot Your Password link on the login page.
Alternatively, if already logged in, users can change their password with the following process:
- Click the Account icon
- Click Profile
- Click Change Password
- Enter the Current Password
- Enter the New Password
- Enter the new password in the Confirm New Password box
- Click Change Password
