How do I restrict access?

Users can be set up on the McQuaig platform with restricted access. The following are the 3 ways that user access can be restricted:

1. Setting the permission type on top-level users to be Send or View
   • Send – Can send assessments only. Cannot generate reports, add users or groups.
   • View – Can generate reports only. Cannot send assessments, add users or groups.
2. Creating groups and adding users to those groups. Users within a group can only send surveys, generate reports, and add users within their group.
3. Creating groups, adding users to those groups, and providing those users with only Send or View access.
