How to change a Top Level User to a Group User
To change a user’s access from top level to group level, follow these steps:
- Click the Settings icon.
- Use the Filters to find the user by Email, First name, Last name, Status, or Role.
- Click on the selected user.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- In the Top Level Access field, click the drop-down menu and select NONE.
- Click the Save icon.
- A new section titled Add User to Group will appear.
- In the Group field, click the drop-down menu and select the appropriate group.
- In the Permission field, choose one of the following from the drop-down menu: Full, View, or Sender.
- Click Add User
How to change a Group User to Top Level Access
To change a user's access from group level to top level, follow these steps:
- Click the Settings icon.
- Search for the user by Email, First name, Last name, Status, or Role
- Click on the selected user.
- In the Group Access section, click the minus sign (–) icon to remove the user from the group.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- In the Top Level Access field, choose one of the following from the drop-down menu: Full, View, or Send
- Click the Save icon to apply changes.
