The McQuaig Institute’s mission is to help organizations refine corporate culture and grow human capital. Our talent management solutions focus on talent acquisition, talent development and organizational culture. We’re excited to introduce a new initiative that will allow you to get early access to McQuaig features in beta, before they are launched to the wider public in a full release.

What to expect from McQuaig Labs

As with any beta program, you will have early access to new features through McQuaig Labs and will be able to assist in the final steps of the development of a feature. That means you’re likely to experience the feature that is in McQuaig Labs as less stable than a final version.

The beta phase for a feature in McQuaig Labs begins once all scheduled major features have been included and a quality baseline has been established. Multiple iterations of beta features in McQuaig Labs will be made available during this phase and quality will improve with each iteration. 

Not all beta features may be available to you for testing under McQuaig Labs settings by default. If you are interested in helping test early access beta features, please reach out to us at [e-mail].

How to use McQuaig Labs

First, navigate over to your Settings page. You will notice the addition of a new section labeled as McQuaig Labs.

Under the McQuaig Labs panel, you can enable or disable certain beta features in the McQuaig platform. You can learn more about each beta feature, how to use it, and where to access the feature in the McQuaig platform via the “Learn More” links provided next to each feature description in the McQuaig Labs panel.
