What are McQuaig users and who should be one?

McQuaig users are administrators or in other words the people in your company who need to be able to send assessments, generate reports, or both. 

There are two types of users on the McQuaig platform: Top-Level users and Group users

• Top-Level users have access to all groups.
• Group users only have access to the groups that they are members of. Group users can have access to multiple groups.

For both types of users, a permission type must be selected. The permission types are as follows:

• Full: Send surveys, Generate reports, Add/edit users
• View: Generate reports only
• Send: Send surveys only
