1. Provide team members with the following sections of the Word Survey Report:
   • Profile
   • Interpretation Report
   • Strategies for Coaching and Developing
2. Divide the team into groups based on their profile type.
3. Have each group complete the following statements:
   • We’re great on a team because...
   • We might drive others crazy because...
   • We prefer to contribute to the team by...
   • If you want to persuade us, you should...
   • If you want to annoy us, all you have to do is...
4. Have each group present their answers to the whole team.
