- Click Workflows > TeamSync
- Select the Team. You can create a Playbook by either clicking the 3 vertical dots located within each member’s box or accessing the Playbooks tab.

- Note: You also have the option to create a member playbook directly from the Analysis tab when you select a member profile and click View Details.

- Click +Create Playbook
- Select the Team Member(s) from the drop-down list, then select the appropriate Playbook. You can pick the Self Development Playbook, whereas if you choose the Working Together Playbook, you'll need to select two members.
- Enter a Label (optional)

- Note: The employee will not see the label, it is solely for organizational purposes within the McQuaig platform

- Click Save
Once the steps are completed the team member(s) will receive an email to launch their playbook and create their login.
