If you have been invited to complete a Self Development Playbook, follow these steps:
- You will receive a notification email that a Self Development Playbook has been created for you

- Click the link in the email to confirm your email address and create a password to log in

- After logging in:

- Navigate to Workflows > TeamSync
- Click on Playbooks and select your playbook

The Self Development Playbook consists of 5 steps:
Step 1: Behavioral Profile
This step lists your Behavioral Profile for each of the 5 traits including your Strengths, Development Areas, and Action items. You are encouraged to include your initial reactions in the Notes box. To do so:

- Enter your comments in each section
- Click +Add Note
- Click Complete Step after reviewing or you can Preview Next Step
Step 2 & 3: Identify your Strengths and Developmental Areas
In steps 2 & 3, you can choose between one to a maximum of 3 strengths and developmental areas. To do so:

- Select the radio buttons
- Click Complete Action Plan

In your Personal Action Plan:

- Lists detail action items for the chosen strengths and developmental areas. Explain how they could be applied in your work
- Identify obstacles and ways to overcome them

- Select Check-in and competition dates for your action plan

Click Save and then click Complete Step

- Note: You can revisit to identify your strengths if you wish to make changes

Step 4: Manager/Coach Input Option
In this step, you can choose to seek input from your manager/coach or decline this step. To do so:

- Toggle on "Decline this step". Your manager/coach will be notified

If you wish to seek input:
- Click the Notify Manager tab which will trigger an email notification to your manager
- Your manager will provide comments or approve your action plan
Step 5: Review Your Personal Action Plan
You will receive an email confirming your Action Plan has been approved by your manager
Proceed to Step 5, select Submit Action Plan to finalize your action plan
Be sure to revisit your action plan frequently to ensure execution and maximize success!
Your manager will receive a notification email that the Playbook has been completed by the member
