Includes the candidate’s personality profile type and graph.
Interpretation Report
Includes the potential assets and developmental considerations of the candidate.
Leadership Profile
Includes how the candidate will perform with respect to motivating and team building, decision making and problem solving, and leading change. This section also includes developmental considerations associated with the candidate’s leadership style.

Selling Style
Includes how the candidate will perform with respect to prospecting, presentation, and closing within the sales process.
This section is relevant if you are considering the candidate for a sales position.
Interview Questions
Includes behaviour-based interview questions surrounding the candidate’s profile, other important characteristics, as well as questions surrounding situational adjustments or transition profiles if applicable.
Assessment of Job Fit
Compares the candidate to a selected benchmark, comparison or job profile and provides behaviour-based interview questions to probe further into strengths and gaps.

Management Overview
Includes high-level information regarding managing the employee.
Motivating Factors
Includes information regarding what motivates individuals who possess each trait.
Strategies for Coaching and Developing
Provides a list of Do’s and Don’ts when working with the employee.
Developmental Learning Style
Includes information on how the employee prefers to learn.
Team Approach
Includes Attributes, Developmental areas and Managing Guidelines with respect to how the employee will work in a team setting.
