The following timeline outlines what reports or sections of a report are useful at each stage of the talent management process:
When developing a benchmark:
- Individual method: Use the Job Report to evaluate and confirm that the job profile is accurate
- Stakeholder method:
- Use the Job Survey Report to understand the job profiles that each stakeholder developed
- Use the Comparison Report to view all stakeholder job profiles at once
- Top performer method:
- Use the Word Survey Report to understand the personality profiles of each top performer
- Use the Comparison Report to view all top performer personality profiles at once
Prior to the in-person interview:
- Use the Assessment of Job Fit section of the Word Survey Report or the Job Fit Interview Guide to understand how the candidate compares to the job profile and to select the interview questions to probe deeper.

- The Interview Questions section of the Word Survey Report will contain more behaviour-based questions based on the candidate’s personality profile as well as other important factors.
- Review the Mental Agility Test Report to understand the cognitive ability of the candidate.
In the in-person interview:
- Use the interview questions available in the Assessment of Job Fit section of the Word Survey Report or the Job Fit Interview Guide.
- The Interview Questions section of the Word Survey Report will contain more behaviour-based questions based on the candidate’s personality profile as well as other important factors.
Prior to new-hire onboarding:
