How do I complete a Working Together Playbook?

If you have been invited to complete a Working Together Playbook, follow these steps:

1. You will receive a notification email that a Working Together Playbook has been created for you and another team member.
   • • Click the link in the email to confirm your email address and create a password to log in
2. After logging in:
   • • Navigate to Workflows > TeamSync
     • Click on Playbooks and select your playbook

The Working Together Playbook consists of 3 steps:

Step 1: Understanding each other – Overview

In this step, team members should reflect on their similarities and differences including where they may work well together, and where there may be challenges.  You are encouraged to include your initial reactions in the comments box.  To do so:

• • Click +Add
  • Click Complete Step after reviewing or you can preview the next step
  • Click Approve to approve and move to the next step
  • Note: Both team members must approve before proceeding to the next step

Step 2: Compatibility Overview

In this step, team members will gain insight into their compatibility based on their McQuaig profiles.

• • Team members should consider the information presented and discuss their reactions in the Notes box
  • Once a discussion is complete, click approve to move to the next step.
  • Note: Both team members must approve before proceeding to the next step

Step 3: Action Plan to Maximize Success 

In this section, the Playbook guides the team members in the creation of an action plan to maximize success by identifying potential obstacles and defining strategies to overcome those obstacles when they arise. 

• • Fill in the action plan for Our Profiles, Strategies, and Overcoming Obstacles
  • Click Save after completing your action plan in each section
  • The 3 boxes must be completed to submit your action plan
  • Click Submit Action Plan to finalize your action plan
  • Note: Both team members must Submit before the action plan is finalized.
  • Be sure to revisit your action plan frequently to ensure execution and maximized collaborative success!

Your manager will receive a notification email that the Playbook for been completed by a member.
