All administrators on a McQuaig account will have either full access, view access, or send access.
There are two roles within TeamSync:
- The Team Manager can edit, access, and generate the playbooks and assessments for the teams they manage.
- The Team member can edit, access, and generate their own playbooks and assessments for the team(s) they are added to.
Who can create a Team?
Only a McQuaig Account Administrator can create a team. Administrators with full or view access can create teams. Read this article to learn how to add an Administrator to your account.
Who can edit a Team?
Only an Administrator, Team Manager, and Group User (with Full and View permissions) can edit Teams.
Who can access a Team?
Administrators have access to all teams while Team Members and Team Managers have access to only teams they are a part of. A Group User (with Full and View permissions) can access a team if added as a team manager or team member. A Group Sender has no access to teams and playbooks.
Who can view and edit Playbooks?
Administrators can edit and view all Playbooks.
Team Managers can edit and view all Playbooks for the team(s) they manage.
Team Members can edit and view their own playbooks for the team(s) assigned to them.
Does TeamSync impact my credits?
While in Beta:
- TeamSync analysis features will not have any impact on your credits.
- Launching a Working Together Playbook will not have any impact on your credits.
- Launching a Self Development Playbook will not have any impact on your credits
What reporting or analytics features are available within McQuaig TeamSync?
We have just launched a Beta version, and analytics will be introduced at a later stage.
