If you are considering a number of candidates for a role, it can be helpful to compare all of their profiles to the job profile all at once to see who is the closest match.
- Click Add Comparisons
- Enter a title in the Comparison Name field
- Click Submit
- Click Add
- Select the Word Surveys of all the candidates
- Click “Add Assessments (#)”
- Note: # will be determined by how many Word Surveys have been selected
- Click Generate Report and select Comparison Report
- For Report configuration:
- Select the language from the drop-down menu
- Add a Benchmark, Comparison or Job Survey from the drop-down list
- Do not select “Hide names” as this will remove your candidate names from the report.
- Select the Report Sections that you would like to include. A short description of each section appears in the application
- Define your desired Export Option:
- select the paper size
- Generate your report. You can access your report in 3 ways
- Click “Download” to download the report
- Click “Copy Link” to generate a sharable link to the report
- Email the report by entering the email address you would like to send the report to, clicking enter and then “share”
