How to Enter Scores for a Previously Completed Survey

1. Log into your account.
2. Click “Assessments” on the left navigation bar.
3. Click “Quick Enter”, then select the appropriate tab: Word Survey, Job Survey, Mental Agility Test, or Self-Development Survey.
4. Enter the following details:
   • Email Address
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Gender
   • Duration (optional)
   • Group (optional)
   • Label (optional)
   • Situational and Real scores
5. Click “Submit” to save the entries.
