- Click Workflows > Hiring Workflows
- Click the Add Hiring Workflow button, fill in the Job Title and Department field, and click Submit.
- Note: the other fields are not mandatory, however, including a Benchmark is highly recommended.
- Select the assessments and reports that you would like to include in your Hiring Workflow.
- Note: While it is not mandatory to select a report type, if selected, the report will be emailed to you (and any watchers) upon assessment completion.
- Note: If you are not sure which reports to include see What Reports do I use and when
- Note: Be sure to select “Send Feedback Report to the candidate if you wish to enhance your candidate experience by providing your candidate with an overview of their Word Survey results. If selected, the candidate will have the option to download the report upon survey completion and a copy of the report will also be emailed to them.
- In the Setup section indicate the number of days the assessment will remain available to the candidate(s) and the language the assessment will be completed in. Click Save Changes.
- Invite Candidates by entering their contact information and details
- Click Send Invitation
The candidate will receive an email with the link(s) to complete the assessment(s).
