Hiring Workflows are designed to enhance how you leverage McQuaig in the hiring process. Instead of sending individual assessments to individual candidates, the Hiring Workflow allows you to define a specific role that you are recruiting for and manage all of your data for that role in a centralized place. For the most powerful experience, start by selecting a Benchmark for the role you're hiring. Then select which assessments you would like your candidates to complete and the reports you would like to review upon completion. Now you're all set to start inviting candidates to complete the assessments so you can understand how they align to your Benchmark and compare them to one another.
Hiring Workflows allow you to organize and access your assessment data better than ever before. You’ll also be able to compare candidates quickly because we’ve introduced functionality to allow you to view alignment to your Benchmark right in the application - without the need to generate any reports! While you’ll still want to review a candidate’s full report to get a deep understanding of their alignment to your Benchmark, you will now be able to identify the candidates who are the strongest matches at a glance. Finally, for the first time, we’ve introduced functionality to allow you to indicate who you’ve hired right in the application!
