What Does the McQuaig for Development Learning Path Cover?

The McQuaig For Development Learning Path offers 3 training modules geared towards building effective teams, team development, employee development and leadership development. If you have not yet become McQuaig Certified, or completed the McQuaig Fundamentals Learning Path, you should do that before signing up for the McQuaig for Development modules. 

If you are already McQuaig Certified and have mastered McQuaig for Development, you can continue your learning journey with the McQuaig Advanced Learning Path!

Module 5: Team Effectiveness

In this module we take a deeper dive into profile types and the role they play in team effectiveness. In this two-hour session you will discover how different personalities affect team functionality. The session will start with an in depth review of each trait scale where we look at the strengths and weaknesses of each trait. The event is interactive, and we encourage all participants to join the discussion, cameras on! We will use the breakout rooms to walk through a multi-step case study. Through this module, participants will increase their knowledge and improve how they lead their own teams! Your facilitator, Mano Rupra will also join you as a participant to share how McQuaig is leveraging its own suite of tools to develop our own teams!

Module 6: Employee Development and Coaching

The number one thing Certified McQuaig Interpreters want to learn more about is employee development and coaching. In this two-hour session you will participate in a guided but casual conversation with other human resources professionals. We will share current practices, brainstorm new ones and walk away with new ideas to engage and develop employees. The event is highly interactive, and we encourage all participants to join the discussion, cameras on! We will use breakout rooms to openly discuss current wins and challenges each organization is facing by speaking directly with a small group of experts. Your facilitator, Mano Rupra will also join you as a participant to share how McQuaig is leveraging our tools to develop employees and leaders!

Module 7: Leadership Development

In this module we will explore the McQuaig 360 Leadership Review to better understand its value for your leaders. We will start with reviewing the competencies our 360 is based on, the simplified output of the results and best practices in debriefing results. You will have the opportunity to go through a demo 360 to understand the look and feel of our product. We hope to leave you with the knowledge to leverage this amazing tool.
