By completing the McQuaig Fundamentals Learning Path, you will become a Certified McQuaig Interpreter. Module 1: Interpretation Training Level 1
In this module we will introduce you to the McQuaig process and interpretation of graphs. You will learn about best practices and how to best leverage McQuaig in your recruitment and onboarding process. During the session you will get to know your own McQuaig profile and report! Module 2: Recruitment and Selection Overview
In this module we will go through the recruitment and selection process using the McQuaig tools. The session will focus on creating effective benchmarks, reviewing candidate profiles, and making decisions based on the needs of the business. McQuaig is an important part of the hiring puzzle. Through an interactive group-based case study you will “make a hire” and then compare your results with your peers. Module 3: Onboarding with McQuaig
In this module we will review industry onboarding best practices and then insert McQuaig to create a meaningful employee experience. Did you know that there are sections of the McQuaig reports to facilitate this? We are here to show you how! The session will be interactive where we will brainstorm existing best onboarding practices. In small groups you will navigate through a case study where “Judy” must onboard two different employees effectively. Module 4: Conflict Resolution
In this module we will learn not only how McQuaig can be used to resolve conflict but also how to avoid it in the first place! The focus will not only be on employees and understanding themselves but for existing managers to constantly be self-reflecting and understanding how their temperament can affect employee morale and behavior. Sometimes it’s as simple as understanding one another’s communication style. Upon completion of this module you will discover how simple it really is to avoid conflict and instead open up the lines of communication with a deeper understanding of those whom you work with regularly, a truly proactive approach.
