In addition to the main participant, at least 1 rater from 2 of the 3 rater categories must have completed the assessment in order to generate a 360 Leadership Review report. In other words the status of the 360 must be “completed” or “partially completed in order to generate a report.
To view the status of your 360 assessments:
- Click 360 in the left hand navigation bar
- Use the search filters to bring up the results you are looking for
- The status column will tell you if the assessment is:
- Open: meaning assessments still must be completed before generating a report
- Partially completed: meaning some assessments are incomplete, but there are enough completed assessments to generate a report
- Completed: meaning all assessments have been completed
To generate the 360 Leadership Review Report:
- Click 360 in the left hand navigation bar
- Click into the appropriate 360
- Select the appropriate Report Language
- Select the appropriate Report Paper Size
- Select the appropriate Associated Word Survey
- Note: For the Main Participant’s Word Survey to appear in this drop-down list, the email address on the Word Survey must match the email address of the Main Participant specified in the 360. If the participant took the Word Survey using a different email address, you will need to navigate into their Word Survey results and update their email address
- Confirm that your "Final Report Receiver" information is correct
- Click Send Reports
- Note: This will send the 360 Leadership Review Report to the Final Report Receiver(s) specified.
