Assessments:
Job Survey
To define the ideal personality profile for a job. Sent to stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
Word Survey
To uncover the personality profile of an individual. Sent to candidates or employees.
Mental Agility Test
The Mental Agility Test measures an individual's speed of thought, general mental agility and several key components of "intelligence" against job requirements. Mental agility indicates the ability of an individual to think, learn and quickly absorb new information, systems and processes. It assesses vocabulary, verbal reasoning skills and the ability to perform simple mathematical functions. It is typically sent to a candidate, but can be sent to employees if developing organizational standards.
Self-Development Survey
This assessment is the same format as the Word Survey, however, the associated report is written to employees to assist them in creating development plans, rather than being used for hiring.
360 Leadership Review
The 360 Leadership Review is designed to collect feedback for leaders from their manager(s), peers, and direct reports, for the purpose of leadership development. The feedback is collected in the form of ratings on leadership competencies as well as comments.

Compares a candidate or employee to a job profile and provides interview questions to probe deeper.

Designed to be provided to employees to assist them in creating personalized development plans.

Describes the cognitive ability of a candidate or employee.
360 Leadership Review Report
Presents the feedback collected in the 360 Leadership Review in relation to the leader’s personality profile.
Comparison Report
A visual comparison of multiple personality profiles.
