What are Assessment Packages?

Once you have linked your account to your chosen ATS, you will need to ensure that the ATS is configured properly.

1. Status: A status called “McQuaig Assessment” is required for the integration to work. When a candidate is set to that status, McQuaig will know that the ATS is requesting an assessment package to be sent.
2. Custom Field: You must set up a custom field within the ATS identified precisely as “mcquaig_assessment_package_id”. This field will hold the Package ID defined in the Assessment Packages Workflow feature on the McQuaig app.
