How do I configure the JazzHR integration?

Prior to configuring the JazzHR integration, you will need to enable it and set up your Assessment Packages. Then log into your JazzHR account.

To send McQuaig from the Candidate Profile:

1. Navigate to the Candidate Profile
2. Scroll to the McQuaig section and click “Send McQuaig”
3. Select the appropriate Assessment Package from the “Select Test” dropdown.
4. Click “Send McQuaig”

To add McQuaig as a Workflow Helper: 

1. Go to Jobs.
2. Select the Job on which you want to send a McQuaig assessment.
3. Click “Edit Job”.
4. Click the Workflow tab.
5. Find the stage on which you'd like the McQuaig assessment sent out.
6. Click “Add”.
7. Select your Assessment Package from the drop-down.
8. Click “Add Assessment”.

Once a candidate has completed the McQuaig Assessment, a summary of results will be stored in JazzHR on the Assessments tab of the Candidate Profile
