Why we love Benchmark Management
We’ve been working with our clients for 40 years to help them build strong benchmarks to assess candidates, but we haven’t had a way to do this in-app in a way that is intuitive and user-friendly until now. We instructed you to send Job Surveys to your Stakeholders and Word Surveys to your Top Performers separately, and then combine the results to create your internal benchmarks in a piecemeal process. Now we’re empowering clients to easily do all of that and more using workflows that we’ve defined as part of the new Benchmark Management tool.
Value and Utility of Benchmark Management
You can easily create and iterate benchmarks for different job profiles in your organization by inviting different Stakeholders and Top Performers to collect data that will be useful for setting benchmark composite scores. The process of creating a benchmark using our new tool can visualize alignment and gaps between your team and also help facilitate hiring conversations for that role.
