Assessment Workflows for Integrations
The McQuaig tools are designed to help you to hire and train the right people. We provide a variety of assessments and reports that help you make better hiring decisions, and we’ve now made it easier than ever before to manage your integration workflows through the Assessment Workflows for Integrations dashboard. Assessments Workflows for Integrations are meant to help streamline integration workflows for our partners who utilize McQuaig integrations with ATS and HRIS platforms.
What are Assessment Workflows for Integrations?
Assessment Workflows for Integrations will let you create custom workflows with the assessments and reports that you desire for your McQuaig integration. The steps to getting started with Assessment Workflows, as well as creating an example workflow, are outlined below.
How can they be used?
First, navigate over to your Settings panel, under the Additional section. Click on Assessment Workflows. You will be taken to the Assessment Workflows browse page. Once you’ve created a few workflows, you can filter through them by name and status. In addition, you can archive and restore your workflows as needed.
To create a new Assessment Workflows, click on the teal plus icon on the top right.
You will be taken to the Assessment Workflows details page. In the Settings panel, you can give your workflow a new name and description on this page. You can also specify the default expiry date for when assessments sent via this workflow will expire using the “Expires In (Days)” field. You can also Save and Archive your workflow at any time by clicking on the buttons in the top right.
In the Surveys panel, you can enable and disable the Word Survey and Mental Agility Test assessments for your workflow. The Reports panel will remain empty until you select one or more assessments in the Surveys panel. Click on the Word Survey to get started.
Once the Word Survey has been enabled, you can add a variety of different reports for your selected assessment. Click on the “ADD REPORT(S)” button to view the available reports for the Word Survey.
For now, we will configure the Word Survey Report and click on it in the dropdown. Specify the different sections you would like to appear in the report, and complete the required fields for configuration. Click on the “SUBMIT” once you are ready to move to the next step.
Upon submitting the configuration for the Word Survey Report, you will see the Word Survey Report as one of the reports that appear underneath Word Survey in the Reports panel. You can also edit or delete this report configuration at any time by interacting with the icons next to the Word Survey Report.
For now, let's go ahead and add another report - The Job Fit Interview Guide. Click on “ADD REPORT(S)” next to Word Survey in the Reports panel, and select the Job Fit Interview Guide from the dropdown.
Once you are content with the Job Fit Interview Guide configuration, click on the SUBMIT button. The Job Fit Interview Guide will appear under the Word Survey in the Reports panel. Finally, let’s enable the Mental Agility Test assessment for this workflow. Click on MENTAL AGILITY TEST on the Surveys panel.
The Mental Agility Test section will appear in the Reports panel once the Mental Agility Test assessment has been enabled. Click on ADD REPORT(S) and select the Mental Agility Test Report.
Once you are content with the configuration of the Mental Agility Test Report, click on SUBMIT to proceed to the next step.
The Mental Agility Test Report will appear underneath the Mental Agility Test section in the Reports panel. As with the Word Survey Report, you can decide to edit or remove your report configurations as required. Click on the SAVE button on the top right to save your workflow and be taken back to the Assessment Workflows browse page.
You can now use this Assessment Workflow as part of a McQuaig integration.
